The Team

Coming together from East and West Coasts of Australia, long-time friends Kath and Ed share a deep love for all things ocean and earth. With a passion for fitness, fun and connection, they bring a relaxed, friendly and down-to-earth energy to every experience. They can’t wait to welcome you to one of their retreats on the stunning island of Nusa Lembongan, Indonesia.

Two women are standing on a wooden deck near the beach, smiling and posing for the photo. One is leaning against a weathered wooden post, with a surfboard at her feet, while the other stands next to her. The background shows the ocean with a boat and cloudy sky, and flowering bushes nearby.

Katharine Wright

Kath has been a water lover her whole life. Growing up on the NSW Mid North Coast, she’s been immersed in ocean activities for as long as she can remember – from surf club and competitive swimming as a child, to ocean swimming as an adult, and discovering her love of surfing in her 40s. There’s yet to be a water-based adventure she doesn’t embrace with enthusiasm.

Now based in Cottesloe, WA, Kath is mum to Charlie, Lucy and Frank. Amid the busyness of motherhood, she finds her joy in movement, sunshine and the sea. Whether its adventure racing on trails, or paddling through the open water, she thrives on a challenge and the revitalising power of nature.

Kath believes deeply in the magic of time spent outdoors to restore mind, body and soul, and finds her greatest joy in sharing that experience with others.
